Varsha is a specialist employment law solicitor with substantial expertise in advising both employees and employers on a broad range of employment law issues, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts of employment and settlement agreements, redundancy and restructuring, and advising on claims of unfair dismissal, breaches of contract and discrimination. Varsha began her legal career working at Top 100 London law firms before honing her skills at legal firms that focused solely on employment law.

Working with both individuals and businesses, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, has provided Varsha with a deep and nuanced understanding of workplace dynamics. She approaches complex problems holistically, always taking into account the multiple perspectives intrinsic to any workplace dispute. For commercial clients, she provides decisive, practical advice to ensure solutions that make business sense. For individuals, she is always led by empathy, working mindfully with clients to provide a service that is not only legally astute but emotionally intelligent.

Varsha completed an LLM in International Economic Law (SOAS, University of London) and the LPC, both with distinction.

Outside of work, Varsha is a doting mother to a little girl and boy for whom she enjoys nothing more than to curate memorable experiences.
