
Nathan Kapoor

Nathan is a local Windsor boy. He joined the firm as a trainee solicitor and qualified on 7th April 2017. He specialises in Estate Administration and property matters. He became a partner on 1st April 2021.
He attended Kingston University graduating with an honours degree in law and completed his legal practice course at Guildford University of Law.
Nathan is married to Gita and they have two young sons who keep them very busy. Nathan enjoys participating in charitable events, playing basketball and golf and watching movies.

John Humphreys
Solicitor | Partner | Residential property | Commercial property
John graduated from The University of London (Queen Mary College) in 1978 and qualified as a solicitor in 1981 after articles in The City. He joined Charles Coleman LLP Solicitors in 1981 and has been a partner since 1984.
John specialises in residential conveyancing and can advise you on boundary disputes, rights of way problems, restrictive covenants and all property-related matters. He handles a great many commercial property transactions including factories, warehouses, offices and shops on both freehold and leasehold titles and is well known to the local business community.
John is married to Clare, the office manager who has now retired, and they have a grown-up son and daughter. He is enthusiastic about sport in general and rugby in particular. John supports England Rugby and Windsor Rugby Football Club.

Guy Barlow
Matrimonial law
Guy Barlow originally hails from North Staffordshire. He graduated from Hull University with an LL.B (Hons) and moved to Windsor when he accepted articles with this firm. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990.
Guy has a great deal of experience in matrimonial law and approaches problems with sympathy but also with common sense. He is protective of his clients’ interests but always tries to resolve matters as amicably as possible, particularly to protect any children that are involved.
Guy is married to a teacher and they have two teenage daughters who occupy a great deal of Guy’s spare time. Guy is a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor & Eton and is very active with several local charities.

Jade Saward
Solicitor | Head of Conveyancing
Jade graduated with a 2:1 law degree from the University of Surrey before undertaking her Legal Practice Course, at the College of Law, Guildford and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2013.
Jade joined Charles Coleman LLP in March 2022 and is Head of Residential Conveyancing.
She has prior experience in dealing with a variety of clients to include high net worth clientele and she specialises in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold titles, re-mortgages, transfers of equity/equity release, matrimonial transfers and declarations of trust.
In recent years, Jade has been introduced to the world of Olympic weightlifting and strength training, so in her spare time can be found frequently in the gym.

Elizabeth Urquhart Irvine
Solicitor | Head of Private Client
Elizabeth studied English at the University of Birmingham before obtaining an MA in English and History at Birkbeck College, University of London.
She worked in the world of antiquarian books at a bookseller’s in Mayfair for eight years before studying part-time for the graduate diploma in law and the legal practice course at the College of Law in London.
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked for Pemberton Greenish LLP, a firm of solicitors in Chelsea, before joining Charles Coleman LLP Solicitors in February 2017.
Elizabeth is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her young family, playing and listening to music, reading and being outdoors.

Marsha Richardson
Probate and Estate Administration | Wills | Lasting Powers of Attorney | Residential conveyancing
Marsha Richardson attended De Montfort University in Leicester and graduated with an honours degree in law and a distinction in legal practice.
Marsha joined this firm as a trainee solicitor after working in The City for two years as a senior paralegal for a magic circle firm. Marsha was admitted as a solicitor in November 2003.
Marsha specialises in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
She enjoys salsa dancing, walking, yoga and fitness classes. Less strenuously she enjoys singing, reading, socialising and going to the theatre.

Parveen Ahluwalia
Solicitor | Conveyancing
Parveen studied and trained in Essex and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. She has been working as a locum/Consultant solicitor for Charles Coleman for the past 10 years. Parveen has gained most of her experience in commercial and residential property transactions in the City and London firms and has gained a wealth of experience.
Parveen lives in London and enjoys the arts, music, and theatre scene. Parveen also enjoys sports and taking her dog for long walks at weekends in the London parks.

Wendy Andrews
Conveyancer – Residential Conveyancing
Wendy has established a progressive career in law spanning over 25 years in various law practices across Southern England and for the last 15 years specialising in residential conveyancing. She focuses on delivering a fast, efficient, modern and friendly service to all her clients to make the moving process as stress-free as possible.
Wendy deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages, transfers of equity and unregistered land. She also deals with shared ownership.
When not spoiling her beloved Ragdoll cat (Luna-Lou) she can be found exploring the lovely Berkshire/Buckinghamshire countryside with her husband enjoying long walks, sampling the finest eating places and local pubs the area has to offer.

Shailja (Shelli) Angras
Solicitor | Private Client
Shailja, otherwise known to many as Shelli, is a solicitor predominantly based in our private client team.
She handles a broad caseload, which includes offering advice on Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Estate Administration and Estate Planning.
Shailja graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2015 with an upper second-class degree with honours, in Law. She then went on to successfully complete her LLM LPS from the University of Law in 2016.
Before joining Charles Coleman LLP, Shailja spent time working as a paralegal at a leading London regional firm, where she developed a passion for private client work.
Shailja takes a holistic and compassionate approach to her work to ensure that clients receive the utmost support with meticulous care and attention. Her dedication to ensuring that her client’s wishes and expectations are met in a proactive yet sensitive manner sets her apart from her peers.

Abigail Lewis

Abi studied history at the University of the West of England but then opted for a career in law and took the Graduate Diploma in Law and her LPC at Guildford College of Law. Abi joined our firm in December 2007 and was admitted as a solicitor in November 2008.
Abi currently specialises in Estate Administration and in preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
She is a member of a local amateur dramatic society and enjoys being involved in both acting and directing.
