Jade specialises in residential conveyancing and has expertise in property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, equity release, matrimonial transfers, and declarations of trust. Jade qualified as a Solicitor in 2013, gaining experience in firms both in London and across Surrey, before joining Charles Coleman as Head of Residential Conveyancing in 2022.

She delivers clear, concise, and practical legal advice in a straightforward manner to ensure that the requirements and the timescales of client transactions are met. Jade strives hard to maintain good working relationships with clients and local agents to ensure matters progress smoothly, with expectations managed from the outset. She feels it is important that clients feel confident that their transaction is being handled with proficiency, diligence, and understanding.

Jade graduated with a law degree from the University of Surrey in 2010 before completing her Legal Practice Course, at the College of Law in 2011.

In recent years, Jade has been introduced to the world of Olympic weightlifting and strength training, so in her spare time can be found in the gym.
