Charles Coleman acquires Seakens Solicitors

As part of its expansion strategy, Charles Coleman LLP Solicitors has acquired Seakens Solicitors as of 31 October 2023. The combined business will operate under the Charles Coleman LLP Solicitors name and operate from Charles Coleman’s existing Windsor office and the Seakens Solicitors office in Virginia Water.

Commenting on the acquisition, Charles Coleman LLP Solicitor’s Managing Partner Nathan Kapoor, said “The development of our Windsor and a Virginia Water office is a key part of our strategic plan. This acquisition enables us to increase the breadth and depth of our client offering and we look forward to meeting clients of Seakens and assisting with their future legal needs.”

Founder of Seakens Solicitors, Ken Seakens, will remain available as a non-practising consultant to Charles Coleman to assist in the transition until his retirement. All other members of Seakens staff will join the Charles Coleman team.
